Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hot extrusion molding method for aluminum base metal which can hardly cause a bend in an extruded material.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum base metal powder or its dust formed body (powder material) 3 is stored in a container 1 and hot-extruded with a die 4 that is mounted on the container 1. It is arranged that no temperature difference is produced in each part in the circumferential direction of the container 1 at the time of the hot extrusion. In this case, it is desirable that the temperature difference is 10°C or less at each part in the circumferential direction of the container 1.
