Abstract:
To provide a hot-forged article warping correction device which can correct warping of a hot-forged article of a long form with good efficiency and high accuracy.SOLUTION: This device comprises: first and second clamp mechanisms 2, 3 which grip a hot-forged article W at a position separated in a longer direction; an intermediate side pressing mechanism 4 which presses a portion between gripping positions of respective clamp mechanisms in the longer direction of the hot-forged article; an outer side pressing mechanism 5 which presses a portion on an outer side with respect to the portion between the gripping positions of respective clamp mechanisms in the longer direction of the hot-forged article; and a reversal mechanism 6 which reverses respective holding mechanisms which grip the hot-forged article, thereby rotating the hot-forged article around an axis in the longer direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
