Abstract:
To obtain a hot melt composition to form a coated layer on a surface of a metal material which shows corrosion resistance to an acidic treatment and peelability to an alkali treatment.
The hot melt composition having an acid value of more than 150 to not more than 200 contains (a) an acid-containing wax having an acid value (mgKOH/g) of 100 to 180 and a softening point of 75 to 150°C, (b) an acid-modified rosin having an acid value of 205 to 300 and (c) an ethylene-(meth) acrylic acid copolymer containing 15 to 25 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic acid unit and shows a melt flow rate of 50 to 3,000 g/10 min.
