Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely prevent that a problem occurs on a life of shearing double edges, and on the accuracy of a finished product when forming the finished product by shearing the other portion from a press-forming part which is formed at one portion of a sheet metal material by hot press-forming.SOLUTION: A hot press-forming device comprises: a pair of metal molds 4, 5 which accessibly move so as to be relatively accessible and separable with respect to each other, and form a press-forming part 3 by press-forming a portion of a sheet metal material 2; a fixed edge 25 which is formed at either of the metal molds 4, 5; and a movable edge 26 which accessibly moves to the fixed edge 25 so as to be accessible and separable with respect to the fixed edge, and shears the other portion 30 from the press-forming part 3 at the sheet metal material 2. The access movement of the movable edge 26 to the fixed edge 25 is guided by one metal mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
