Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate successive work of boring, screw cutting, etc., by forming under high temp. and pressurizing condition after inserting a member having large heat expansion ratio in a green compact and forming a space part corresponding to the above member. CONSTITUTION:The green compacts 1, 2 inserting the member 3 having the prescribed shape at the prescribed position in the sintering powder is formed. The above member 3 is made of the material having large heat expansion ratio. Successively, after forming the above green compacts 1, 2 under high temp. and pressurizing (hot pressing) the above member 3 is removed. Then, the space 8a corresponding to the above member 3 is formed in the sintered product 8.
