Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hot press capable of producing a multilayered substrate free from interlaminar voids, reduced in thickness deviation and having high finish accuracy and high density by always setting the surface pressure of the substrate to the optimum value.
CONSTITUTION: The pressure of the hermetically closed space 20' surrounded by a cylindrical body 20 is detected by a pressure sensor 28 and the increment of the surface pressure of a substrate is operated on the basis of the detected pressure value at the time of the reduction of the internal pressure of the hermetically closed space 20' by the operation part 30 of a control panel 29 and the decrement of the surface pressure of the substrate is operated at the time of the high internal pressure of the hermetically closed space 20' in the same way. On the basis of these operation values, correction is applied to the hydraulic source of a main ram by a means applying correction to the main ram.
