PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition of water-dispersion type having excellent lubricity and dispersing stability and useful for producing rolled plate having excellent surface properties by containing specific ratio of mineral oil, specific fatty acid, etc., alkyl phosphoric or phosphorous ester and specific dispersant component.
CONSTITUTION: 3-30wt.% at least one compound selected from (A) mineral oil having ≤80cst (40°C) viscosity and (B) 10-22C fatty acid, fats and oils and aliphatic monoester of 10-22C fatty acid and 1-22C alcohol is mixed with 0.5-10wt.% (C) 4-18C alkyl phosphoric or phosphorous ester and 0.1-10wt.% (D) dispersant component composed of water-soluble cationic and/or ampho-ionic polymeric compound having 103-107 average molecular weight, comprising (co)polymer, etc., of vinyl-based monomer containing basic or cationic N or salt of said monomer, etc. to afford the aimed composition.
