To facilitate transferring at a position where hot stamping is not easy, make a stamped matter clear, and improve peeling strength.
In a hot stamping device which stamps a transfer foil (d) arranged on a tape (c) on an annular slant face (b) of a matter to be transferred (a) with heat by a heating plate 1, a table 3 is arranged so as to be rotated by an axis of rotation 4 in parallel with the heating plate face i.e., horizontally on a base stage 2 at a lower part to be provided oppositely to the heating plate 1 at an upper part. On an attaching member 5 fixed to a position decentered from an axial line 41 of the axis of rotation 4 on the rotary table 3, a transferred matter support member 6 which holds the annular slant face (b) of the matter to be transferred (a) in parallel with the heating plate face i.e., horizontally is arranged rotatably. The transfer foil (d) is moved with the heating plate 1 so as to attach it with pressure to the annular slant face (b) of the matter to be transferred (a).
