PURPOSE: To prevent supply of dangerous high temperature water and supply safe hot warter.
CONSTITUTION: A bypass pipe 21 extending around a hotwater tank 20 provided with a heater 25 in the inside and check valves 23, 23' at the delivery pipe 22 of hotwater are equipped. The heating temperature in the hotwater tank 20 is computed by a controller 27 in accordance with the detected temperature by a thermal detector 28 and the preset water temperature by a presetter 38. And the temperature in the hotwater tank 20 is adjusted by a heater 25. Moreover, the hotwater from the hotwater tank 20 and the water from the bypass pipe 21 are mixed and supplied. In this way, hotwater and normal water are mixed to get appropriate temperature water without use of a mixing valve driven by an external force.
