To provide a hot water supply device capable of being properly shared by a plurality of family units and suppressing energy loss.
This hot water supply device 100 for the plurality of family units comprises a hot water storage tank 20, a hot water producing means 15 having a heat pump unit 1 as a heating element, a plurality of hot water supply passages 3A, 3B for guiding the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 20 to each family unit, mixing valves 71-74 respectively disposed in the hot water supply passages 3A, 3B and mixing the hot water from the hot water storage tank 20 with the water to have a prescribed hot water supply temperature, operation terminals 6A, 6B disposed in every family unit for independently setting the hot water supply temperature in the corresponding family unit, a control means 8 for controlling the hot water producing means 15 and the mixing valves 71-74, and a selecting means capable of selecting the number of family units to which the hot water should be supplied, among the total number of family units.
