Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device which can discharge high-temperature hot water suited to cooking of beverage, and preventing abnormal heating.SOLUTION: The hot water supply device includes: a tank body 22 for storing hot water; a water supply port 23 for discharging and supplying drinking water to the bottom part 22a of the tank body 22; a hot water discharge port 24 disposed above the side plate 22c of the tank body 22 and configured to discharge stored high-temperature hot water when a hot water valve 25 is opened; an electric heater 27 attached to the top plate 22b of the tank body 22 and suspended to the vicinity of the bottom part 22a; and temperature sensors 29 and 30 for detecting the temperatures of hot water to be used for electric heater energization control that energizes the electric heater 27. When the electric heater 27 is energized to raise the temperature of the hot water, and one of the temperature sensors 29 and 30 detects a temperature of 97°C or higher, a control part 50 stops the energization the electric heater 27.
