PURPOSE: To obtain a hot water heating device which quickens a temperature rise of an indoor radiator when starting the operation as for a hot water heating device having a cistern.
CONSTITUTION: A gate valve 11 is installed inside a cistern 3 where the gate valve 11 is vertically installed as opposed to an inlet of hot water, dividing the bottom of the flush tank in two. A fisrt hot water outlet 4 and a first water flow control valve communicating with the outlet 4 are installed to the bottom of the tank on the hot water inlet side while a second hot water outlet 5 and a second water flow control valve 13 communicating with the outlet 5 are installed to the bottom of the tank on a counter hot water inlet side so as to connect to a circulation pump 6. The first water flow control valve is opened while the second water flow control valve is closed when starting the operation so that higher temperature hot water from a heat exchanger may be concentrated and circulated through an indoor radiator 7. When the temperature of hot water in the flush tank 3 rises, the first water flow control valve is closed and the second water flow valve is opened so that the hot water may be circulated.
