PURPOSE: To remove perfectly air bubbles generated during a heating operation without using an air vent valve by halting the combustion of a burner during the shutdown of a heating operation and continuing pumping operation until a heating medium supply valve is completely closed.
CONSTITUTION: A control means 19 heats the combustion of a burner 13 and transmits an close signal to a heating medium supply valve 18 when a heating operation switch 26 is turned OFF and switches OFF the operation of a pump 5, thereby ending the pumping operation when the difference between a detected value of a high temperature sensor 7 and a detected value of a return temperature sensor 3 is lower than a specified temperature. More specifically, the operation of the pump 5 is continued until the heating medium supply valve is definitely closed. It is, therefore, possible to eliminate surely the air bubbles generated up to the time when the operation of a burner 5 comes to an end. This construction makes it possible to exclude the air bubbles in a circulation pipeline 2 of a hot water heating device 1 to a satisfactory extent without using an air vent or the like.
