To provide a hot water manufacturing supply unit capable of stably manufacturing and supplying hot water at high temperatures from heat of steam by including a configuration capable of preventing cavitation of hot water in a hot water pump inlet.
A hot water manufacturing supply unit 1 includes a heat exchanger 2 heating hot water by indirectly making steam contact hot water, a hot water pump 3, an expansion tank 4, and a hot water temperature control part 9. The expansion tank 4 is connected to a hot water suction side of the hot water pump 3 of a hot water transfer pipe line 14a via a branch pipe line 15, and is arranged and composed to have a potential head (a liquid head) for applying a pressure to the hot water suction side. The hot water temperature control part 9 is configured so as to adjust an opening of a steam flow control valve 23 and to control a flow rate of the steam to be supplied to the heat exchanger 2 such that a detection value of a temperature sensor 28 becomes a predetermined value within a range of, for example, 85-95°C.
