This apparatus comprises an abnormality occurrence detection means 100 arranged to detect the occurrence of abnormality by monitoring the operating condition of the apparatus, an information memory means 106 to store the results of the detection of the abnormality detection means and annunciation means 120 and 134 to annunciate the occurrence of abnormality based on abnormality information stored in the information memory means. The annunciation means 120 and 164 annunciate the occurrence of the abnormality according to the preference predetermined.
