Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage type water heater capable of automatically displaying information regarding a residual heat amount stored in a hot water storage tank, when a user needs it.SOLUTION: When a heat amount stored in a hot water storage tank is used for hot water supply and the like, generation of the heat amount usage is detected by detection of a flow sensor 55 and the like, and the residual heat amount in the hot water storage tank is displayed in a display unit of a remote control 101 by a display control unit 104. The residual heat amount is calculated by a residual heat amount calculation unit 107 based on hot water storage temperature in the hot water storage tank and the like by hot water storage temperature sensors 31 to 35, and control is performed by a hot water storage amount display mode unit 106 for switching and displaying to information regarding the residual heat amount instead of part of information normally displayed in the display unit.
