To provide a hot water supply device for avoiding the run-out of hot water even when serving hot water to be supplied in a midnight time zone.
The hot water supply device 1 uses a heating means for heating water and a hot water storage tank 31 for storing hot water produced with the boiling-up operation. It comprises heat quantity data acquiring means T6-T13, 40, 42, P3, a heat quantity data recording means 62, a data calculating means 61, and a boiling-up operation time control means 66. The heat quantity data acquiring means acquire heat quantity data for hot water served by users. The data calculating means calculates the heat quantity of hot water predicted to be served on the day by time zones in accordance with the heat quantity data recorded by the heat quantity data recording means and calculates a boiling-up operation time required for boiling-up operation in accordance with the heat quantity of hot water predicted to be served. The boiling-up operation time control means determines a boiling-up starting time to execute boiling-up operation in a predetermined time zone in accordance with the boiling-up operation time.
