Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently supply hot water.SOLUTION: The use amount of hot water measured by a flow sensor 34 is stored. Next, on the basis of transition of the use amount of the hot water, a hot water use pattern of each user of a hot water supply system 10 is identified. On the basis of the hot water use pattern of each user, users who are currently using the hot water supply system 10 and users who have finished the use of the hot water supply system 10 are identified. Thus users who will use the hot water supply system 10 in the future can be determined. Therefore the amount of hot water to be used in the future can be estimated accurately to some extent. As a result, hot water stored in a hot water storage tank 20 can be controlled, so as to enable sufficient supply of hot water while suppressing utility costs to heat tap water.
