Title:
HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3500232
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply warm water from the time of restarting a short while after a finish of last discharge of hot water by stopping operation of a fan for a specified period of time unless discharge of hot water is restarted and operating the fan again after the elapse of the specified period of time.
SOLUTION: A fan controlling means 5 rotates a fan 4 to feed combustion air during the time of discharging hot water and temporarily stops rotation of the fan 4 after the finish of discharging hot water and continues stopping of rotation of the fan 4 for a specified period of time unless discharge of hot water is restarted and the fan 4 is rotated again after the elapse of the specified period of time, and if discharge of hot water is restarted, the fan 4 is rotated again to feed combustion air whether the specified period of time has elapsed or not. If discharge of hot water is restarted after an elapse of a short while, therefore, thermal energy of hot water remaining in a heat exchanger 1 can be effectively used. If discharge of hot water is restarted after a short while after the finish of last discharge of hot water, warm water is discharged from the time of starting and vapor is prevented from condensing on a sensor 3.
