Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply tank capable of continuously discharging high-temperature hot water suited for selling hot drinks, and achieving energy saving by reducing a tank capacity.SOLUTION: A hot water supply tank 1 discharging hot water obtained by heating drinking water flowing from an inlet port by carrying current to an electric heater from a discharge port and ensuring a small capacity of stored hot water, comprises: a tank main body 10 having an inlet port provided in a lower end portion and a discharge port provided in an upper end portion, and including a flow regulation plate preventing the hot water from being agitated and mixed by the drinking water flowing from the inlet port by regulating the flow of the drinking water; a heater panel 20 provided closely attached to a side surface of the tank main body 10 opposed to a flow regulation plate installation surface and including the electric heater; and heat insulating materials 41 and 42 covering the tank main body 10 and the heater panel 20.
