PURPOSE: To finely pulverize household crude refuse and decrease the amt. of the crude refuse of a treating plant by housing the crude refuse into a crude refuse housing container, actuating a safety device at the time of closing and engaging an outside cap and operating a motor constituting body to rotate a rotary blade.
CONSTITUTION: The outside cap 4 is first opened and the crude refuse is housed into the crude refuse housing container 9 at the time of treating the crude refuse. Next, the outside cap 4 is closed and a supporting member 3 and the outside cap 4 are fastened by an engaging pawl piece 16. This fastening state is checked by a pair of contact pieces 19, 20. In succession, a switch 25 is turned on in order to actuate the motor constituting body 8 and the rotary blade 13 is rotated via a driving shaft 14 by an output shaft 10, by which the crude refuse on the periphery thereof is pulverized. As a result, the crude refuse is finely pulverized to an extent that a water distribution piping is not clogged even if the crude refuse is discarded from the drain port of a sink. The switch 25 is thereafter turned off and a pressing piece 6 is pushed to open the outside cap 4 and the crude refuse housing container 9 is taken out of an outside container 1 by utilizing a removing part 9c.
