A locking protruding part 4 or locking recessed part 5 is integrally molded on the nipping inside surface of the locking tool 3, and a locking recessed part 5 or locking protruding part 4 to be engagingly locked with the locking protruding part 4 or locking recessed part 5 is integrally molded on the outer wall part 2. When the locking tool 3 is fitted to the outer wall parts 2 in the superposed state, the locking protruding part 4 is pressed and locked into the locking recessed part 5, whereby the locking tool 3 is laid in a locked state to the outer wall part 2, and the housing bodies 1 are connected to the horizontally juxtaposed state by the locking tool 3.
