PURPOSE: To provide the housing case for a cleaning means which is easy to operate at the time of housing the cleaning means, makes it possible to obtain a stable housing state and facilitates taking out of the cleaning means from the housing state.

CONSTITUTION: This housing case 22 for the cleaning means has a tacky adhesive roller 10 having tacky adhesiveness on its surface and is formed with a recessed part along a specified distance in an axial direction from at least one end face of this tacky adhesive roller. The housing case has a supporting member 26 projecting to the inner side from one inside wall and an inlet and outlet opening 24 which permits insertion of the tacky adhesive roller 10 toward this supporting member 26 in the axial direction by holding the axis of this roller approximately horizontally. Then, the housing case 22 holds the cleaning means in the state of inserting the supporting member 26 into the recessed part of the tacky adhesive roller 10.
