To provide a housing case which can house a CD, a card for words, a rear jacket and a display piece together, and also, requires a small space and does not become bulky.

This housing case 11 houses an information recording medium such as a CD 30, a booklet 26, a display card 20, and a display piece 32 on which the title or the like of the information recording medium is displayed. The housing case 11 comprises a first sheet member 12, a second sheet member 13 which is bonded to the rear surface of the first sheet member 12 and forms a housing part 21, a third sheet member 14 which is bonded to the front surface of the first sheet member 12 and forms a pocket part 27, a fourth sheet member 15 which is bonded to the front surface of the first sheet member 12 and forms a pocket part 28, a protective sheet member 16 which is bonded to the fourth sheet member 15, a fifth sheet member 17 which is bonded to the protective sheet member 16 and forms a housing part 31 for the information recording medium, and a sixth sheet member 18 which is bonded to the first sheet member 12 and forms a housing part 33.
