This housing chair comprises two vertically extending guide rails 1; the back part 2 arranged between the two guide rails and having both side parts elevatably supported by the guide rails along the guide rails; the seat part 3 arranged between the two guide rails and having both side parts supported by the guide rails to be rotatably around horizontal axes, respectively; and a link member 4 for connecting the back part to the seat part to interlock the rotation between a substantially vertical storage position and a substantially horizontal use position of the seat with the elevation of the back part.
