To provide a housing management device that does not require a user to switch between modes with different processing contents with a manual operation, a housing management method, and a program.SOLUTION: A housing management device 100 comprises: a detection unit 102 that detects an input and output in a specific region in a housing; an estimation unit 113 that estimates a situation from the input and output detected by the detection unit on the basis of a learning result of a relationship between the input and output in the specific region in the housing and a situation in the housing; and a processing unit 119 that executes a specific processing on the basis of the situation estimated by the estimation unit. The detection unit detects the input and output in a single or a plurality of entrances between an indoor and an outdoor in the housing providing the detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
