Abstract:

To provide a housing plan presentation system, capable of presenting indoor comfortableness.

This housing plan presentation system comprises a heating and lighting cost calculation part 21 for calculating a heating and lighting cost 31 of each presented housing plan; and an LCC (life cycle cost) calculation part 22 for calculating an initial installation cost and a maintenance and operation cost of materials and facilities that are calculation factors of heating and lighting cost of each housing plan. This system further comprises a comfortableness determination part 23 which performs indoor temperature distribution simulation to at least one room contained in each housing plan and calculating indoor comfortableness 33 of each housing plan from the analysis result.
