To effectively formulate an evaluation reference that concisely evaluates the usability of a house storage.SOLUTION: A house storage evaluation system 100 that evaluates an usability of a storage provided in a housing, comprises: a customer related data storage unit 104 that stores customer-related data as a database for each customer; a storage statistical data storage unit 108 that stores storage statistical data as a database; and a calculation unit 110 that calculates an evaluation reference value for usability of the storage with respect to a room layout of a housing. The calculation unit comprises: a storage balance evaluation unit 111 that evaluations a balance of an amount of the storage of the housing relative to location with a numerical value on the basis of the customer-related data and the storage statistic data; a storage usability evaluation unit 112 that measures the usability of the storage from the location, the amount, and a shape of the storage of the housing; and a storage final evaluation unit 113 that calculates an evaluation reference value for the storage of the housing on the basis of evaluation results from the storage valance unit and the storage usability evaluation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
