Abstract:
(A) A method is claimed for treatment of human patients with vascular occlusive and arterial thromboembolic disorders, comprising administering a dosage of 0.01 to 0.05 mg/kg/hr of activated protein C (APC). Also claimed are: (B) a unit dosage receptacle containing 5-20 mg of APC; (C) APC for use as a medicament for the treatment of vascular occlusive and arterial thromboembolic disorders at a dose of 0.01 to 0.05 mg/kg/hr.
