Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window assembly capable of suppressing scattered reflection of a radio wave by reducing the reflection effective sectional area of the radio wave, a vessel, and a window assembling method.SOLUTION: This window assembly is provided to a vessel capable of sailing on water, and provided with: a window glass 21 on which a radio wave reflection glass 36 is laminated and which enables viewing the outside from the inside of the vessel; a window frame 22 that covers the outer periphery of the window glass 21 and has a recess 31a in which the window glass 21 fits; and a mounting tool 23 that fixes the window frame 22 to a hull from the inside of the vessel and that is provided so as not to be exposed to the outside of the vessel. The surface 36a of the window glass 21 outside the vessel, the surface 31b of the window frame 22, and the surface 11b of a wall 11a of the hull outside the vessel are flush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
