The method involves: an operation starting process: starting a drying operation (S6); an operation ending determination process: after the drying operation starts, based on an over-dried state of an object to be dried, determining whether to end the drying operation; an operation end process: where it is determined that the drying operation needs to be ended by means of the operation end determination process, ending the drying operation (S8); a usage fee calculation process: after the operation ending process, acquiring an operation time from the start to the end of the drying operation (S11), and calculating the usage fee (S12); and a settlement process (S13).
