Abstract:
To provide an object temperature adjustment method capable of forming a coating film on a coating film formation object with high adhesion, and capable of effectively adjusting the temperature of a surface of the coating film formation object.SOLUTION: An object temperature adjustment method of the present invention adjusts a temperature of a surface of a coating film formation objet by directly electrostatically spraying a coating film formation composition on the surface of the coating film formation object and forming a coating film composed of deposit containing fibers. For a coating film formation composition, a composition containing a component (A) being a volatile substance mainly composed of one or two or more kinds selected from alcohol and ketone and a component (B) being a fiber forming water insoluble polymer is used, forming a coating film that contains fibers with a water contact angle of the surface thereof being 1 degree to less than 80 degrees. A manufacturing device of the coating film suitable for use with the object temperature adjustment method of the present invention is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
