Abstract:
The gas turbine comprises a compressor, a combustion chamber 2,4), a turbine and a generator. Steam (31,32) used to cool the combustion chamber (2,4) is mixed, after cooling, with the hot gas from the chamber downstream of the final combustion zone. It can first be used to cool a turbine (3,5) in a closed circuit and then a chamber in an open one, and can be derived from a steam circuit (7) after the gas-turbine set, and typically from a waste-heat steam-generator (17), which works in conjunction with a boiler drum (28). Mixture with the exhaust gas can take place in the final third of the combustion chamber.
