PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique where deinked pulp is produced from waste paper raw material hard to be deinked such as a UV printed matter.SOLUTION: Provided is a deinking technique comprising: a step where printed waste paper including a UV printed matter is disaggregated in an aqueous solvent to obtain pulp slurry; and a step where a deinking agent including an anionic surfactant is contacted with the pulp slurry in an emulsion state at a temperature lower than or equal to the dissolution temperature of the anionic surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
