Abstract:
To provide a method for preventing a defective dissolution of a dry reagent by confirming the progress of dissolution of the dry reagent in real time while the dry reagent is being dissolved.SOLUTION: A method for dissolving a dry reagent includes the steps of: adding a solvent to a dry reagent arranged in a container; adjusting the effective diameters of an excitation light and a fluorescent light in a fluorescent light detector so that the effective diameters cover all of the dry reagent and starting to detect the intensity of the fluorescent light; and agitating the inside of the container until the detected intensity of the fluorescent light reaches an arbitrary threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
