Abstract:
To provide a copper slag evaluation method capable of appropriately evaluating arsenic and lead elution from copper slag.SOLUTION: The copper slag evaluation method in which a copper slag powder obtained by pulverizing copper slag is mixed with an acidic solution to form a slurry, evaluates the elution of copper slag based on the concentration of arsenic eluted in the slurry in which a particle size of the powder is smaller than 0.15 mm. Consequently, since a variation in the concentration of arsenic eluted from the copper slag powder therefore can be reduced, the method can appropriately evaluate the elution of arsenic from the copper slag powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
