Abstract:
To provide a water addition type fire extinguisher excellent in fire extinguishing performance on peat fire, and less in load to human body, organisms and natural environment.SOLUTION: The water addition type fire extinguisher is a water addition type fire extinguisher containing a surfactant component, a chelate component and a solvent, in which the surfactant component is at least one kind selected from a group consisting of aliphatic acid sodium salt and aliphatic acid potassium salt, the chelate component is tetrasodium L-glutamic acid diacetate, tetrasodium L-aspartic acid (N,N)-diacetate, disodium N-2-hydroxyethyl imino diacetate, trisodium methyl glycine diacetate, and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid or the like and the solvent is water or a mixed solvent containing water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
