Abstract:
The invention provides a foam maker for a hatch cover, a method for installing the foam maker for the hatch cover, and a ship. The invention provides a foam maker for a hatch cover and a ship, wherein the foam maker for the hatch cover can exert excellent fire extinguishing performance on fire in a cabin in a ship provided with the hatch cover for closing an upper opening of the cabin. The foam maker for the hatch cover is a foam maker (20) which is provided with a nozzle (22) for spraying a foaming agent and a foaming net (21) for enabling the foaming agent sprayed from the nozzle (22) to pass through and enabling the foaming agent to generate foam, and forms a part of a high-expansion foam fire extinguishing device, and the foam maker is arranged in a hatch cover (7) of a ship (1).
