Abstract:
To provide a striking plate fitting method capable of greatly improving workability at a site when a striking plate is fitted.SOLUTION: A striking plate fitting method is a method for fitting a striking plate formed with a striking part to a rotating plate provided on a bidirectional rotation crusher. The striking plate fitting method includes a phase adjustment step, an insertion step, and an attachment step. In the phase adjustment step, a rotational phase of the rotating plate is adjusted so that an open side of a storage recessed part formed on the rotating plate for storing a part of the striking plate turns vertical upward, horizontally sideways or obliquely upward. In the insertion step, the striking plate is moved toward a rotation axis of the rotating plate, and is inserted into the storage recessed part. In the attachment step, the striking plate inserted into the storage recessed part is attached to the rotating plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
