Abstract:
To provide a method for installing a void layer forming sheet, a method for producing a radioactive material storage container, and a sheet assembly capable of easily installing a member that forms a void layer into a radioactive material storage container.SOLUTION: A method of installing a void layer forming sheet includes a step for inserting a void layer formed with at least one magnet into the space between the main body of a radioactive material container and an outer cylinder; a step for adjusting a position for the body cylinder and the outer cylinder of the void layer forming sheet in the space; and a step for fixing the void layer forming sheet by the at least one magnet to the sheet mounting surface of the body cylinder or the outer cylinder after the step of adjusting the position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
