Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional fired product capable of producing a three-dimensional fired product of high quality using a geologic material.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a three-dimensional fired product, a melting solidification step in which a geologic material is put out to form a particle layer 11 and thereafter, the surface of the particle layer is irradiated with a laser beam along an irradiation passage 20 to melt and solidify the particle layer is repeated while laminating the particle layers. The irradiation passage comprises irradiation lines P sowing the progression direction of the laser beam, the following irradiation line P is almost parallelly superimposed to the preceding irradiation line P while shifting the same in a width direction, setting is performed in such a manner that an area E to form into a three-dimensional fired product in the particle layer is irradiated with the laser beam plural times, and in the meanwhile, after the laser beam is applied along the preceding irradiation line P, till irradiation is performed along the following irradiation line P, a heat transfer period is provided from the surface of the particle layer in the depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
