To provide waterproof shoes which enable an easy attachment of a waterproof inner, show excellent workability to attach the inner, and have no trouble, such as development of creases caused by displacement of the waterproof inner.

The structure of the waterproof shoes is as follows. The waterproof shoes has a double structure made up of an upper 1 and a waterproof inner 2 located inside of the upper 1. The waterproof inner 2 has at least a fabric material 21 and a waterproof film 22, and the fabric material 21 and the waterproof film 22 are laminated directly. The waterproof inner 2 is bonded to the upper 1 with an adhesive 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d applied on the inner surface of the upper 1 by bonding partially at a plurality of places on the surface of the fabric material 21 of the waterproof inner 2.
