Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: an RF tag antenna capable of achieving a low profile or receiving a non-directional radio wave; and a method for manufacturing an RF tag and the RF tag antenna. [Solution] This RF tag antenna 100 is adhered to a conductive member 900, and has a plate-shaped antenna unit and an inductor pattern L. The plate-shaped antenna unit receives a radio wave transmitted from a reading device, and comprises: a first waveguide element part 210 and a second waveguide element part 220 which are formed extending in the longitudinal direction; a first insulating base stacked on the first waveguide element part 210 and adhered to the conductive member 900; a power supply part 230 which electrically connects the first waveguide element part 210 and the second waveguide element part 220; and a short-circuiting part 240 which forms an electrical connection. The inductor pattern L is formed by the first waveguide element part 210, the short-circuiting part 240, the second waveguide element part 220, and the power supply part 230.
