Abstract:
To improve productivity of an electrolytic capacitor.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a capacitor element 5, includes: a first step of preparing a positive electrode foil 1 that a dielectric layer is formed in a front surface, and a plurality of regions 3 having a positive electrode lead-out part 3a and a negative electrode formation part 3b is repeatedly provided; a second step of covering at least one part of the dielectric layer formed onto the front surface of the negative electrode formation part in the plurality of regions with a negative electrode part 4, and thereby obtaining an intermediate body; a third step of forming a plurality of lamination bodies having a positive electrode lamination part to which the plurality of positive electrode lead-out parts is laminated and a negative electrode lamination part to which the plurality of negative electrode parts is laminated by using the intermediate body, and thereby obtaining a lamination intermediate body; a fourth step of covering the lamination intermediate body with an outer casing body; a fifth step of cutting the positive electrode lamination part with the outer casing body, separating one part of the positive electrode lamination part and the outer casing body, and exposing an end surface of the positive electrode lead-out part from a cutting surface of the outer casing body; and a sixth step of connecting the end surface of the positive electrode lead-out part with an outer part electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
