Abstract:
To provide a plate roll for gravure printing that is able to improve printing accuracy.SOLUTION: A plate roll 10 for gravure printing, having, on an external peripheral surface thereof, a cell having a shape corresponding to a figure to be printed, includes: a shaft 3 that is rotated by a drive force; an inner roll 1 provided on a radially outer side of a shaft; and a thin metal sleeve 2 provided on a radially outer side of the inner roll while kept separated from the inner roll, and having cells 21 in a surface thereof. An elastic member 12 is provided to a portion facing the thin metal sleeve 2, of the inner roll 1. The thin metal sleeve 2 is configured to abut on the elastic member 12 of the inside roll 1 during printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
