Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a retreaded tire which improves the adhesiveness of a tread rubber and a base tire.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a retreaded tire by adhering a tread rubber to a base tire through a cushion rubber for adhesion, wherein the method for producing the cushion rubber comprises at least: a step (iii) of dehydrating a filler-containing rubber coagulated product obtained by using a filler, a dispersion solvent and a rubber latex as raw materials to produce a rubber wet master batch; and a step (iv) of molding a rubber composition comprising the rubber wet master batch into a sheet form. The step (iii) is a step of dehydrating the filler-containing rubber coagulated product while adding a compound represented by the formula (I) to the filler-containing rubber coagulated product and dispersing the compound represented by the formula (I) in the filler-containing rubber coagulated product containing moisture.SELECTED DRAWING: None
