Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a manufacturing method for a secondary battery capable of efficiently manufacturing a secondary battery having good impregnation of an electrolyte and excellent in characteristics such as rate characteristics, cycle characteristics and the like. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for a secondary battery has a process to laminate a positive electrode material 1 and a negative electrode material 2 with an electrolyte between them so as to make a designated interval between them, after coating an electrolyte containing a polymer gelatinizer, ionic metal salt, a polymerization initiator and nonaqueous solvent on at least either one of electrode materials composing the positive electrode material 1 and the negative electrode 2, and a process to thermally polymerize the polymer gelatinizer. In this manufacturing method for the secondary battery, the temperature of the electrolyte in a supply tank to supply the electrolyte is kept at 15 deg. or lower.
