Abstract:
To efficiently manufacture a high-performance back contact type solar cell in which various interfaces have high adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a solar cell including: successively laminating a first semiconductor layer of a first conductivity type and a lift-off layer on one principal surface of a semiconductor substrate; selectively removing the first semiconductor layer and the lift-off layer; forming a second semiconductor layer of a second conductivity type on the first semiconductor layer and the lift-off layer; removing the lift-off layer, thereby removing the second semiconductor layer covering this; and forming an oxide transparent electrode layer on each of the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. In the manufacturing method, in the step of removing the lift-off layer, in a state where the second semiconductor layer covering the lift-off layer is removed, the lift-off layer is removed in such a manner that one or more surfaces selected from among a group consisting of the first semiconductor layer, the second semiconductor layer and the other principal surface are covered at least partially by a material constituting the lift-off layer and/or the second semiconductor layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
