Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a weld structure having a fillet weld joint which is excellent in external appearance while suppressing weld torsion when using low-temperature Ni steel whose plate thickness is comparatively thin as a raw material, and having reliability in terms of safety, and the weld structure obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a weld structure having a fillet weld joint by using hot wire/laser complex welding so that a weld leg length reaches 3 mm or longer, and a dilution rate by a raw material at a weld metal reaches 20% or lower when making a joining member composed of low-temperature Ni steel having a prescribed chemical composition and a joined member abut on each other, and joining the joining member and the raw material composed of the joined member.
