To provide a method for oiling wastes, by which the wastes such as waste plastics, waste lubricants, waste tires, waste edible oils, waste solvents, or tank sludge can be converted into high quality liquid fuels capable of being used as fuel oils, diesel power generator fuel oils, while preventing a coking.
The method for oiling the wastes is characterized by heating, melting and pyrolizing the wastes in a pyrolizer, recovering the pyrolysis gas, condensing the pyrolysis gas to obtain a pyrolysis oil, fractionating a light oil among the obtained pyrolysis oil at a low temperature to separate coking-causing substances, heat-exchanging the light oil fraction with a high temperature combustion gas to heat the light oil fraction at a prescribed temperature, and circulating the heated light oil fraction into the pyrolizer to use the heat as a heat source.
